Parents and Families
Due to FERPA guidlines, Bama Dining will communicate student-specific information exclusively through official Crimson email accounts. While we can continue to discuss general policies and procedures via other channels, any detailed or non-general information will only be shared directly with students through their Crimson email.
Calls: Staff may provide only general information over the phone. Due to FERPA requirements, detailed or student-specific information can only be shared directly with the student. Parents should be directed to have their student contact us via their crimson email account.
Emails: Responses will be limited to messages sent from official crimson email accounts. If a student emails with a parent copied (or vice versa), responses will be directed to the student only.
